About the Tampa DM Crew

The Tampa DM Crew (TDMC) traces its roots back to the founding of The Fetish Circuit by Edwin Outlaw in 1998. The Fetish Circuit was a pioneering, pansexual BDSM play party that ran monthly in and around Tampa, FL for over two decades, welcoming all and offering a distinct venue to meet the interests and appeal of a vast audience.

The DM Crew was initially created by The Fetish Circuit team specifically to staff their popular monthly events, ensuring a high standard of impeccable and dependable service.

Following Edwin Outlaw’s passing in 2023, his family took up the mantle to carry on the spirit of The Fetish Circuit. Today, the Tampa DM Crew continues to build upon this legacy, expanding its mission to unlock exceptional BDSM event experiences across the Tampa Bay area. The TDMC is a dedicated cadre of experienced Dungeon Monitors who vigilantly ensure the safety and sanctity of public and private kink/fetish events. Our dynamic and varied team provides refined support to every setting—from exclusive private functions to vibrant public venues. We are the trusted staffing choice for a wide array of local clubs, unique events, and prominent Fetish/Kink Conventions, including events like Sinful Saturdays, Taboo Masquerade, Fetish Con, and the (now defunct) Florida Power Exchange Conference.

The Tampa DM Crew is now proudly led by Haven Rage, who has been a staple in the Tampa Bay Kink & BDSM scene for over 15 years, dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where the community can grow.

Haven is the President of Knight Twin Productions, LLC and the foundational leader of the Tampa DM Crew. He is an operations-driven professional and community leader bringing over 2 decades of experience in technology, event operations, cybersecurity, and organizational development into creating specialized experiences in alternative lifestyle space operations, venue safety, and facilitates community standards education, training, & awareness.

Through his work with the Tampa DM Crew, he lends his unique skills in on-site risk mitigation, security, & staff training to the development of specialized safety monitoring protocols that are tailored to alternative social clubs. Haven plays a key leadership role within entertainment and community organizations, overseeing operational planning, team coordination, safety protocols, and on-site personnel development.

Janelle "Violet" Ray

Chief Operating Officer & Captain's Consort

Violet serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Captain's Consort of K|Night Twin Productions (DBA Tampa DM Crew), leading operational management, administrative oversight, and compliance initiatives. With over two decades of experience in specialized event operations, community management, and educational coordination, she brings a disciplined, systems-oriented approach to building safe, scalable entertainment environments.

In her role, Violet oversees internal administrative frameworks, contractual processes, personnel coordination, and venue compliance. Known for her precision and calm leadership, she ensures all operations align with company policy and legal obligations. Her commitment to safety, discretion, and excellence fosters a trusted, professional environment for high-quality client experiences.
